Most locations offer same-day or next-day walk-in intake Monday through Thursday, 8 to 11 AM. Telehealth is available at most sites.
Does insurance cover individual therapy at Alliance?
Yes. Alliance individual therapy is covered by TennCare, Medicare, and most major insurance (BlueCare, Cigna, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Wellpoint). If you're uninsured, you may qualify for the Behavioral Health Safety Net Program (full coverage) or our sliding fee scale based on household income. No one is denied therapy due to inability to pay.
