Looking for care close to home? Alliance has clinics across Memphis and Shelby County, including 2 walk-in crisis centers open 24/7.

Walk in for a same-day intake. Our outpatient clinics see new clients Monday through Thursday, 8 to 11 a.m. No referral needed. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications.

Every clinic accepts TennCare and most major insurance, with sliding-scale fees so no one is turned away.​​

Our outpatient clinics take walk-in intakes Monday through Thursday, 8 to 11 a.m.

In a crisis, the Crisis Wellness Center (adults) and the Children & Youth Crisis Wellness Center (ages 4-17) are open 24/7, no appointment needed.
