OnTrack TN

OnTrack TN helps young people ages 15-30 recover from first-episode psychosis.

When Everything Changed Overnight: OnTrack TN is Here to Help

You know that moment when you realized something was really wrong?

Maybe it was when your daughter started talking about people following her. Or when your son stopped sleeping, stopped eating, stopped being him. The night you called 911 because you didn't know what else to do.

That moment when a doctor said "psychosis" and your world tilted sideways.

We've been there. And we're here to walk through this with you.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

Call us today: (901) 369-1410 We answer the phone. We get it. And we can help.

This Isn't How You Imagined Their Story Would Go

Right now, you're probably thinking about everything they used to be. The kid who made honor roll. Who had big dreams. Who was planning for college or just started that new job.

You're wondering: Will they ever be that person again?

Here's what we want you to know. They're still in there. And with the right help—the kind of help OnTrack TN provides—most young people not only get better, they go on to live the lives they always wanted.

But Right Now, You Need Answers

  • What exactly is happening to my child?

  • Is this somehow my fault?

  • What does recovery actually look like?

  • How do I help them when I don't understand this myself?

  • Will our family ever feel normal again?

Those questions? We help answer every single one.

Why OnTrack TN is Different

Look, you've probably talked to a lot of people by now. Doctors who use words you can't pronounce. Insurance companies with their forms and waiting periods. Maybe even well-meaning friends who just don't get it.

OnTrack TN is different because we include you in everything.

Here's How We Actually Help:

OnTrack TN works with youth and young adults ages 15-30 who are experiencing psychotic symptoms. We provide psychiatry, individual and group therapy, peer and family support, supportive education and employment, and case management for up to two years.

Our team can work with clients in the community to build their social and life skills, meaning we have the freedom to truly meet clients where they are and build lasting, positive therapeutic relationships.

Your Child Gets a Whole Team: Not just a doctor who sees them for 15 minutes. A therapist, psychiatrist, case manager, and peer specialist who actually knows what it's like. They work together. They talk to each other. They care.

You Get Support Too: Because watching your child go through this? It's one of the hardest things you'll ever do. We teach you how to help. We connect you with other families who've been exactly where you are. You're not figuring this out alone anymore.

Recovery Happens in Real Life: Our team doesn't just see your child in an office. They'll meet them at home, at school, wherever they're comfortable. Because that's where real life happens.

Everyone Gets Hope Back: We've seen this story before. Hundreds of times. The scared parents. The confused young person. The family that feels like it's falling apart. And we've seen how it ends: with families stronger than ever and young people living their dreams.

What is OnTrack TN, Really?

Here's the simple version:

OnTrack TN is a special program for young people (ages 15-30) who are experiencing psychosis for the first time. Instead of just managing symptoms, we focus on getting their whole life back on track.

What we help with:

  • Understanding what's happening (in words that make sense)

  • Getting symptoms under control with the right medication

  • Learning skills to handle daily challenges

  • Getting back to school or work when they're ready

  • Strengthening family relationships

  • Building a support network of people who get it

How long does it take? About two years. But here's the thing—most families start seeing real changes within the first few months.

What does it cost? We take all insurance, including TennCare. If you don't have insurance, we'll work with you. No one gets turned away because of money. Period.

The Questions You're Really Asking

"Will my child ever be normal again?"

Here's what we see every day: young people who go on to graduate college, get married, have careers they love. The person you're worried about losing? They're still there. And with the right support, they can have an amazing life.

"Is this going to happen again?"

We teach your child (and you) how to recognize warning signs and what to do if symptoms start returning. Most people who complete OnTrack stay stable long-term.

"What if other people find out?"

Everything we do is completely confidential. Your family's privacy is protected by federal law. And honestly? You'll probably find that the people who matter most are more supportive than you expect.

"What if this program doesn't work?"

OnTrack TN is based on research involving thousands of young people. It works for about 8 out of 10 families who complete it. But even if your child needs additional help, we'll make sure they get it.

The Truth About Recovery

Recovery doesn't mean pretending this never happened.

It means your child learns to manage their symptoms so well that they barely interfere with their life. It means your family becomes stronger because you've been through something difficult together. It means you stop being afraid of the future and start planning for it again.

That's what we help families do. Every single day.
