What to Expect When You Arrive
Your First Visit
Walking through our doors for the first time? Here's what happens:
Before you come: When you call (901) 369-1410, we'll schedule your intake appointment and let you know what to bring. Usually just your ID and insurance card.
When you arrive: You'll be greeted by our front desk team who will help you with paperwork. Don't worry—it's not overwhelming. We keep it simple.
Your intake session: You'll meet with one of our clinicians for about an hour. They'll ask about what brought you here, your goals, and how we can best support you. This isn't a test—it's just us getting to know you.
What's next: Together, we'll create a treatment plan that makes sense for your life. Maybe that's weekly therapy, maybe it's medication management, or maybe it's a combination. You're in control.
