We were honored to welcome Bartlett Mayor David Parsons, Police Chief Jeff Cox, and Court Clerk J. J. Leatherwood to Alliance's Crisis Wellness Center last week.
For years, Alliance and the City of Bartlett have worked side by side to ensure residents facing mental health and substance use crises receive the right care at the right time.
Our Crisis Wellness Center serves as a vital resource for first responders across Shelby County providing an alternative destination where individuals can receive immediate behavioral health support instead of jail or emergency rooms.
This partnership reflects what's possible when municipal leaders prioritize innovative crisis response. When law enforcement has access to specialized crisis services, everyone benefits: individuals get connected to treatment, officers can return to duty faster, and our community grows stronger.
Thank you, Mayor Parsons, Chief Cox, and Clerk Leatherwood, for your continued commitment to the wellbeing of Bartlett and Shelby County residents. We look forward to deepening our collaboration in the months ahead.
