Because we love our Graduates!
Last week, we had the absolute honor of celebrating some incredible members of our Alliance family who achieved something truly special – they earned their degrees while working full-time with us.

Picture this: juggling classes, assignments, and exams while showing up every day to serve our community's mental health needs. These amazing folks made it happen.
We gathered together to throw them the graduation ceremony they deserved. Our CEO Laurie Powell was right there with us, personally congratulating each graduate and reminding them how their commitment to growth makes our entire organization stronger.
To our graduates: Your dedication inspires us every single day. You've shown that it's never too late to chase your goals, and you've done it while making a real difference in thousands of lives.
Here's What We Learned
When you work in mental health, you're constantly helping others transform their lives. But watching our own team members chase their dreams while serving our community? That hits different.
These graduates proved something we've always believed: it's never too late to grow. Whether you're 25 or 55, whether you're just starting your career or switching paths entirely – education can happen anywhere, anytime.
Even when you're already making a difference in 22,000+ lives every year.
The Real Question
What does this mean for you?
If you're thinking about going back to school but worried about balancing work and life – these folks just showed you it's possible. If you're looking for a workplace that actually invests in your future – well, you're looking at one.
And if you're wondering whether Alliance is the kind of place where people genuinely care about each other's success?

The answer is sitting right here in these graduation photos.
Ready to be part of a team that celebrates your growth? We're always looking for caring people who want to make a difference. Check out our careers page.
Who knows? Maybe next year, we'll be celebrating your graduation too.
