The Alliance I Speak card is a language identification tool used at our Memphis behavioral health clinics. It displays native-language phrases in multiple languages so patients can point to their native language. Staff then use our Language Line for live interpretation throughout the visit. The tool is available on our website and as a printed card at all Alliance locations across Shelby County.
