Dr. Audrey Townsel

About Audrey

Dr. Audrey Townsel, Senior Vice-President of Clinical Services, brings over 15 years of mental health expertise and leadership to our team. She will oversee the Crisis Wellness Center and the new Broad location, as well as our upcoming Justice Program.

Dr. Townsel's career includes roles such as Director of Psychology at Western Mental Health Institute, Mental Health Director for Shelby County Jails, and Regional Vice President of Operations at a national correctional healthcare company.

Passionate about enhancing trauma-informed systems, she holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, complemented by an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University and a psychology degree from Xavier University of Louisiana.

A native Memphian, Dr. Townsel is committed to advancing Alliance Healthcare Services' mission to promote wellness in our community.
